How Can You Help Your Neighbors?

When events get cancelled because of tropical storms and COVID, what can you do? Well, in our neighborhood, kids have been playing outside together safely for several months. So we asked ourselves, 'what can we do for our neighbors?'

We noticed that kids needed an outlet --parents too!

So we brought out paper and paint, a few chairs and water, and invited neighbor kids to paint to their creative hearts' content!

It was much more low key than our summer adventures! You may not have heard, but this summer we hosted the first (of many, we hope) Camp Ridgemore! It was a magical day camp for our neighbor friends--including three of our own 20-Somethings, and two high school students.

So what can you do to reach out to your neighbors?

Maybe just checking in on them to see how they're doing? You don't have to bring them over for camp, unless you want to, but you CAN bring them the love of Jesus just by reaching out in some way to them today.
